Not a big fan of O'Reilly's. Not sure many people are for that case. I can't tell you how many times I've drove by there and they have not one customer but just a few feet down the road AutoZone will be packed. What's up with that? The customer service at O'Reilly's sucks! Last time I went in to buy some cleaning supplies for my car the guy at the counter was just playing a game on his phone not trying to check me out. Too busy be lazy to do the job so I definitely do not recommend them for your business! Go to AutoZone instead.

Ordered parts they said would​be here the next day. I had to drive 30min and nothing got ordered. Didn't even have my information. I will never ship here again. Marion Ohio store . Uneducated lazy employees.
